As a West Michigan native, Hans grew up knowing Lake Life is the best life. On his gap year between high school and college he traveled to Africa and of all things met the love of his life, a Harbor Springs girl. Since then he hasn’t turned back and considers himself a successful “transplant” to the area. Part of that success was due to finding an incredible Realtor through Graham Real Estate who listened deeply and was willing to go an extra mile or there to help him and his family find their dream home. Experiencing an easy, smooth and warm transaction that transformed his life for the better sparked a love for the industry and led to Hans joining the Graham Real Estate family. He’s excited to be in the business providing that same experience, listening deeply to the needs of his clients and going the extra mile for them. When he is not obsessing about buying, selling, building and renting, Hans loves to take full advantage of all that Northern Michigan has to offer. He believes there is no such thing as bad weather and loves skiing with his boys in the winter and enjoys long family hikes year round. In the summer you may see him paddle boarding, sailing, mountain biking, and you may even bump into him rock hunting.
