Bay View is a community with activities for all ages. Pick up a Summer Program at the Administration Building to find out the weekly schedule and check out the Post Office bulletin boards. According to the By-laws of Bay View, all renters must comply with the rules and regulations in the interest of preserving and enhancing the religious, cultural and educational purposes of the Association.

The Bay View office of Graham Real Estate will be open for the season in May with a variety of cottages for sale. It is located on the east side of the Post Office Building. The Racketty Packetty House is centrally located near the main Bay View Campus. It's front porch faces a lovely garden across the street and it has a large deck for outdoor eating off the kitchen as well as a refurbished kitchen with a large table. There are four large bedrooms upstairs, all with original furniture, and two bedrooms downstairs both with adjoining bathrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. This is very much a traditional Bay View cottage with many original features. It has been for over 60 years a loved family cottage.
