Bay View is a community with activities for all ages. Pick up a Summer Program at the Administration Building to find out the weekly schedule and check out the Post Office bulletin boards. According to the By-laws of Bay View, all renters must comply with the rules and regulations in the interest of preserving and enhancing the religious, cultural and educational purposes of thPle Association.

The Bay View office of Graham Real Estate will be open for the season in May with a variety of cottages for sale. It is located on the east side of the Post Office Building.
